Your card may still be in the activation process, usually pending administrative validation or payment.

The insured member or dependant may not appear in the beneficiary database, usually due to an omission in the list submitted by the employer.

Card production may be awaiting required documents such as your photograph, identification form or confirmation of eligibility.

You should report the loss so that a replacement card can be issued in accordance with the applicable procedure.

Once your card has been issued, you will be informed when and where it is available for collection.

Any changes, including additions or removals, must be submitted by the employer or policyholder so that the policy records can be updated.

If a new dependant has not been declared, their cover cannot be activated. The information must be regularised before they can benefit from the policy.
